THE RESORT A HIDDEN PARADISE

Black Marlin Dive Resort has 15 exclusive and stylish bungalows just a few steps from the ocean. All rooms have double springbeds with full mosquito nets. Western style bathrooms with clean running water (we filter it ourselves). All terraces have hammocks and panoramic sea views.

Climate

The wet season is December - February. Temparature is 85 degrees all year round but cooler in the evenings as we are very close to the equator

Crispin Gibbs

Crispin Gibbs first came to the Togians ten years ago and discovered why it had been kept such a secret; pristine coral reefs, crystal clear tropical water and breath takingly beautiful untouched desert islands with palm fringed white sandy beaches, who could resist.

Returning each year finally at the start of 1999 his dream was realised with the opening of the Black Marlin Dive Centre, a professional western run dive centre offering quality service for diving in a relaxed fun environment. Crispin runs the dive centre with his wife Lala.

We are actively involved in the conservation of the Togian Islands and establishing the Marine National Park. Also campaigning for World Heritage Site status (at present a nominee). Please help us campaign for this and preserve forever a very unique corner of the world.
